Purpose of the role

The Tenant Liaison Manager will be the main contact for all unit Managers and will be responsible for building strong, effective, and collaborative relationships with all Operators and Head Offices, across The Quays estate. This role requires the TLM to have excellent communication skills, liaising with Internal and External Teams and working closely with the Property, Marketing and Events Departments.

 

Essential Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications required

  • Proven Retail Experience or F&B and Leisure Experience
  • Proven Customer Interaction Experience
  • IT Skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Educated to A-Level or above

Duties of the role:

  • Produce annual sales budgets for all operators in line with the business plan and regularly reforecast and update through tenant information supplied via Retail Advantage.
  • Producing regular KPI information including, but not limited to, sales performance weekly reports, monthly benchmarking report and completing regular and detailed audits on tenants to ensure they are complying with their lease agreements.
  • Responsible for delivering the Tenant Liaison Programme, championing the highest operational standards and customer service, and to help stores and restaurants meet their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain close links with all unit Managers ensuring that any appropriate and relevant information is shared.
  • Provide guidance on expected tenant standards, ensuring that consistency and effectiveness are maintained and that aesthetic standards are achieved in line with corporate identity.
  • Liaise with relevant retail bodies, such as Trading Standards, Environmental Health, to ensure the company is conducting itself in a legal and responsible manner.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the information that is contained within Retail Advantage and ensure all tenants can access this to input their store data and use it as a communication tool.
  • Be part of the Tenant Delivery team that welcomes new brands joining the scheme through effective inductions and initial 6 monthly review process.
  • Responsible for all onsite day to day Marketing compliance, ie In Centre Print, digital and securing information for website and social channels.
  • Integral in Salford Loading Community project and working with nominated Charities.
  • Have a complete understanding of all Health & Safety elements within the centre.
  • Line Management of Tenant & Admin Support and Senior Customer Co-ordinator.
  • Other duties as required by the Centre Manager.
