The Vacancy
The Senior Land Manager will support Northstone's business growth strategy under the Business Development remit focusing on procuring on and off market land opportunities alongside key partnerships to deliver open market sale, affordable and build to rent housing, and other complementary residential schemes/tenures in line with the Business Plan objectives.
This role is key to securing a forward pipeline for Northstone to deliver its key objective of realising possibility in our developments so we can deliver great places, communities and tenure diversity whilst also building confidence with stakeholders and expanding our offer to the wider market, including investor market, as well as wider regions.

The role is very people focussed and also focuses on developing and assisting with the planning, technical and design functions to support the delivery of a timely and high quality and cutting-edge homes suitable for the respective tenure. Project management expertise is essential, with a proven track record in delivering multi-disciplinary projects and complex programmes to time and budget.
You will be part of the wider Business Development team reporting to the Land and Partnerships Director in a department that is pivotal to the organisation and critical to the success and our vision for Northstone.
