ROLE PURPOSE

The primary responsibility of the Wirral Waters Junior Management Surveyor will involve assisting the Wirral Waters Estate Managers and Director of Development in various tasks related to letting, property management, landlord & tenant issues and development support.

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Property Management:

  • Assist in the management of commercial and residential properties, including lease negotiations/lettings and tenant relations.
  • Coordinate Service Charge collection.
  • Assist in the coordination of estate maintenance activities .

2. Lettings:

  • Assist in the coordination of the lettings of the transformational Millers Quay residential project.
  • Help to devise and implement Marketing activities to help let units within the Portfolio.
  • Negotiate Terms in conjunction with letting agents and oversee the legal process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, property values, and competitor activities.
  • Analyse economic and market data to provide insights for decision-making.

3. Development Support:

  • Assist in analysing potential development projects opportunities.
  • Work with key stakeholders including design teams, local authorities and planning departments.

4. Legal Compliance:

  • Have awareness of compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to property transactions and management.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate documentation related to information, property transactions, valuations, and management activities.
  • Generate reports for management meetings.
